- Information we collect
2.1 Who are “you”?
To better understand what information is most relevant to you, see the following useful definitions.

Quiz Takers – You have received a quiz from a friend that they created on Live-Fully-Now.com
Website Visitor – You are just visiting one of our websites because you are Curious!
2.2 Information we collect about you.
We do not ask for any personally identifiable information as part of the Live-Fully-Now.com quiz making forms or service. Quiz Creators are invited to create their own multiple choice quiz by providing question and answer content as well as their first name or nickname and a quiz title. It is against our website rules for any personal information such as full name, email, address or location to be entered into any quiz content.
Through third parties such as Google Analytics we collect usage information about you whenever you interact with our websites and services. This includes which webpages you visit, what you click on, when you perform those actions, what language preference you have, what you buy and so on.
Device and browser data.
Through third parties such as Google Analytics we collect information from the device and application you use to access our services. Device data mainly means your IP address, operating system version, device type, device ID/MAC address, system and performance information, and browser type. If you are on a mobile device we also collect the UUID for that device.
Information from page tags.
We use third party cookies and tracking services that employ cookies and page tags (also known as web beacons) (Example: Facebook/Google Plus using social media for behavioural advertising, analytics, advertising and market research). Social media cookies collect information about social media usage
We provide more information on cookies below in section 6.
Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. The log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system versions, device type and timestamps.
If you arrive at a Live-Fully-Now.com website from an external source (such as a link on another website or in an email), we record information about the source that referred you to us.
We store your quiz/form/application data (questions and responses) for you and provide tools for you to use with respect to this data. Any quiz can be removed from viewing on Live-Fully-Now.com via the following web form: http://Live-Fully-Now.com/flag-quiz.php

To learn more about interest-based advertising and how to opt-out of it, please see our Cookies Policy in Section 6. We use this data to personalize online marketing campaigns to be relevant to you and your interests in our services. By clearing your cookies in your browser settings you will no longer see personalized messages in this way but you continue to see ads over the internet that are not based on information you provided to Live-Fully-Now.com.

Many of our services let you share information with others. Remember that when you share information publicly, it can be indexable by search engines. Our services provide you with different options on sharing and deleting your content but we cannot delete content from search engines so you need to be careful about information you make public.
- Information we share

To improve our services.
To advertise to you.
Our service providers and other third parties we work with, place cookies when you visit our website and other websites or when you open emails that we send you, in order to provide you with more tailored marketing content (about our services or other services), and to evaluate whether this content is useful or effective. For instance, we evaluate which ads are clicked on most often, and whether those clicks lead users to make better use of our tools, features and services. If you don’t want to receive ads that are tailored to you based on your online activity, you may “opt out” of many of the companies that are involved in such tailoring by going to https://www.aboutads.info, https://preferences-mgr.truste.com/ or, if you’re located in the European Union, at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu. Opting out in this way does not mean you will not receive any ads; it just means that you will not receive ads from such companies that have been tailored to you based on your activities and inferred preferences.
It’s likely that your web browser has built-in tools to control cookies. Cookies are used for many purposes, including for Interest-Based Advertising. Below are some of the most popular browsers and information on how to find out more about the controls they offer, including deleting cookies and other site data. In general, these controls are likely to be found in the settings.
o Chrome (desktop) (mobile)
o Safari (desktop) (mobile)
o Internet Explorer (desktop) (mobile)
o Firefox (desktop) (Android)
o Android Browser: Click on top right corner of the app (labelled with “More” or three dots) -> Settings -> Privacy
o Opera (desktop and mobile)
o Silk (mobile)
Mobile Advertising ID Controls:
Most modern mobile devices (iOS 6, Android 2.3, and Windows 10 and above) provide advertising identifiers. These identifiers have different names depending on the brand of mobile device. For example, they are called Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android devices and on iOS, they are called Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). These operating systems let you see your advertising identifier in the settings of your mobile device, and your control how it is used. Below are instructions on accessing these controls, which include options to change your identifier and opt out of Cross-App Advertising. NAI does not operate or maintain any of these controls. The menus, features, or functionality may change at the discretion of mobile operating systems. Opting out through this method is likely to only affect Cross-App Advertising, but not the interest-based advertising based on your web activity. The privacy settings for your web and browser activities are independent and usually require you to use the controls in your browser.
o Android: Open the Google Settings app -> Ads.
o iOS 6 : Go to Settings -> General -> About -> Advertising from your iOS home screen.
o iOS 7+: Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising
o Windows Mobile Device: Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Advertising ID

DAA Opt-Out Page (web browser only) – http://www.aboutads.info/choices/
AppChoices (apps only) – http://www.aboutads.info/appchoices
Some browser extensions also offer additional options to manage your ad choices. You can see some of these below.
Why am I seeing this AdChoices icon?
The AdChoices Icon or “Advertising Option Icon.” The AdChoices Icon on a webpage or near an online ad lets you know that information may be used to figure out your interests to improve the ads you see. By clicking on the icon you can learn more about how the ad may have been delivered to you and your choices. Learn more about the AdChoices Icon.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
In addition to the above, we have implemented on our websites and other services certain Google Analytics features that support Display Advertising, including re-targeting. Visitors to our websites may opt out of certain types of Google Analytics tracking, customize the Google Display Network ads by using the Google Ad Preferences Manager and learn more about how Google serves ads by viewing its Customer Ads Help Center. If you do not wish to participate in Google Analytics, you may also download the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can choose to remove or disable cookies via your browser settings.
Despite best efforts, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. However, if Live-Fully-Now.com learns of a security breach, we will notify affected users so that they can take appropriate protective steps. Our breach notification procedures are consistent with our obligations under applicable country level, state and federal laws and regulations, as well as any industry rules or standards applicable to us. We are committed to keeping our customers fully informed of any matters relevant to the security of their account and to providing customers all information necessary for them to meet their own regulatory reporting obligations.
